Chuck Wilson, RCDD
Bringing experience in telecommunications and technology industry design, implementation, and operations management to WTG, Chuck (as he likes to be called) was raised in Georgia and arrived in Florida in the early 70’s.
His ITS career began with Southern Bell. After thirteen years, he joined Burnup & Sims where he became a highly accomplished designer of voice and data networks. This was followed by providing network design and project management at the University of Miami. In 1998, Chuck joined Intermedia Communications where he served as Field Operations Sr. Applications Engineer. Following his promotion to Sr. Product Manager, his leadership skills were crucial in developing and managing national Wide Area Frame Relay Networks, ATM Networks, and VoIP projects for Field Operations.
Chuck recently completed a four year term on the board of BISCI where he represented the Southeast Region. He continues to sit on several committees. Chuck is a BISCI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), with OSP (Outside Plant) and NTS (Network Transport Systems) specialty credentials. Chuck holds the company’s Electrical Low Voltage license for Florida and Georgia.
In his spare time, Chuck enjoys golf, canoeing, hiking, motorcycling, auto racing, and spending time with his wife and pets.
Terry Weaver, CEO/Owner brings 30 years experience in health care and seven years entrepreneurship to Wilson Technology Group (WTG). Ms. Weaver previously owned and operated GeriCare Associates, Inc., a long-term care consulting and geriatric care management firm in South Florida. She specialized in health care administration and currently holds a Master’s Degree in geriatric care management and is HIPAA Certified (CHP/CHSS).
While working in health care she maintained certifications in geriatric care management and gerontology and licensure in nursing home administration. Ms. Weaver has been an Adjunct Professor and/or guest speaker at numerous colleges to include: Florida International University’s (FIU) Center on Aging; Palm Beach Community College; Miami Dade Community College (MDCC); Nova Southeastern; and Lynn University. She also has assisted in the Core Training for the Department of Elder Affairs and is approved by DOEA anf UFF to provide Alzheimer Level I and Level II training. www.trainingonaging.usf.edu Professional speaking engagements included FL Council on Aging, National Council on Aging, FL Health Care Association and the American Society on Aging. Terry currently sits on the Board of the Brooksville Rotary Club and was named Rotarian of the Year (2010). She is on the Advisory Board for the Nature Coast Humane Society and VP of Public Relations for the Nature Coast Orators Toastmasters Club.
In her spare time, Terry enjoys farming (she has over 40 free range chickens on 5 acres) and working in the neighborhood food co-op. She has two rescue dogs, one rescue parrot and a rescue goose, among other animals on the farm.

Computer Technician, Computer Systems Administration

Dave assists information technology staff as needed for Wilson Technology Group. He has experience in Unix and Linux, and his hobbies include the study of history.

Doug worked for a network telephone company with experience in outside construction, residential installation and repair, central office switching, pabx staging and logistics. He has held several management positions; Installation and Repair, Business Systems Installation and Repair; and Customer Networks Manager. His personal interests include woodworking and playing golf.
Jack has worked in the field of telecommunications for over 15 years. His special focus is structured cabling, key systems and residential installation and repair. He served in the US Army for 3 years and received an honorable discharge. Jack enjoys a variety of sports and time with his family.
Jeff joined WTG in April of 2011. He is originally from Rochester, NY where he worked for Time Warner Cable as a Senior Installation Service Technician.
Jeff was a Volunteer Fire Fighter in Pittsford, NY for 19 years achieving the rank of Lieutenant before retiring. He is married with three children of whom the oldest is heading out to the University of FL to study Political Science. Jeff enjoys watching his son play Dixie Baseball and hanging out with his family.
I am a recent graduate of Hernando High School and will be going to college in the Fall. I enjoy playing my saxophone, computers and being with my friends.
Gary joined the Team in May of 2014. He will be working in telecommunications and IT.
Gary is a retired Marine. His career in the Marines began in 1996 in Parris Island. In 2000 he was sent to Okinawa followed by 3 years in Quantico and 6 years at Camp LeJeune where he retired in 2010.
Gary lives in Inverness near his family. He has two older brothers, one of which is retired Navy.
During his spare time, Gary enjoys window graphics, traveling, snowboarding, theme parks and reading.
Michael, Director of Operations, brings 20+ years of IT and Operations Management experience. Certifications include: MCSE; CCNA; and CISSP. Michael is a network security professional with experience in project management, network installation, pre-and post-sales engineering as well as comprehensive knowledge in hardware/software development and installation.
He enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs.Pin It
